JSCheck is a new testing tool for JavaScript written by Douglas Crockford, who developed other tools for JavaScript such as JSLint and JSMin, and popularised the JSON format. It is based on a testing tool for Haskell called QuickCheck, and as a result uses a completely different syntax to any other testing tool available for JavaScript, the majority of which use fairly similar syntaxes. In this article, I will explain how to use JSCheck, and explore some of the differences between it and other popular testing tools.
